A Brief History of the Radionuclides in Nephrourology Group (ISCORN)

This group photograph of the Scientific Committee was taken in New York City at the Radionuclides in Nephrology Meeting at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in 1971. Missing from the photograph is Dr. L. Timmermans, who can be seen Figure 3.

While we were grading abstracts at the country farm of Mark Joekes, someone came in and exclaimed there was a “blown cow” (a cow with colic). We all donned farming gear and after unsuccessfully trying to catch the cow, posed for this photo. Shown from left to right are Angelica Bischof-Delaloye, Mark Joekes, N.J. Standing behind her is Andrew Taylor and on the far left Eva Dubovsky. Several “significant others” are there as well.
